  sketch of where the vehicles were positioned.
• Note weather conditions or factors that may have related to the
  accident.
• Include the time and date
• Give a description of damage and/or injuries.

Routen Chaplin advise that you carry a pen, paper, first aid kit and a disposable camera in your car at all times.
